I reside in Florida and currently there and this purchased was made under my name with my email in Puerto Rico I have never owned a pandora before never been in the store and again I’m in Florida and this was done in Puerto Rico

I looked for the charms on Pandora online and had pictures of the ones I was interested in. She searched for them and then set up the bracelet. I did not see the final set up until later. I had indicated to the employee that I was going to purchase a bracelet and charms for my daughter for christmas, but they were on behalf of my parents and myself. Therefore, I asked for them to be on separate wrapping, that way my parents will give her the bracelet. My husband and I would give her the charms. She didn't seem happy about opening the bracelet. After that the employee change her demeanor. When she opened the bracelet I noticed the end charms, that were meant to hold the charms, were a bit large and she had placed a silicone type adaptor without telling me. This seemed untrustworthy. She should have told me about it. Even thought I was uncomfortable with the situation, I went along and made the purchase. At that time I had decided not to get the store card and decided to make the payment. When she handed me the bag I said "Thank you. Happy holidays" Her answer was "Ok" and then turned to continue talking to another employee. Poor customer service. Untrustworthy.

We went to a Pandora in Puerto Rico, they charged us for the price for the item we wanted but they bagged us a item with a lower price! If we didn’t check before leaving the mall of would have caused us a lot more trouble. We believe the store did that on purpose, because the one helping us asked if we are visiting and all, and we think the whole store is in on it, because when we went back in, they immediately switch it for us like they know there is a chance that we will be coming back. They didn’t ask any question before changing it to the correct product for us

First of all I went there with my mother in law she wanted merchandise and me wanting another I wanted a sales person and another one for her because we wanted to buy separate and they didn’t let us only her then after she done me and that was very stupid no other customers there so no need for that plus I bought something and got broken and didn’t want to gave me warranty when I got it broken and u can tell is a damage never doing back again and I was a regular customer

The associate Natalia made me feel uncomfortable during the process of sampling the bracelet and charms I felt the pressure to leave without having many of the answers I felt the need to seek my answers with an associate from another of the stores. I wanted to see a bracelet which she never showed me. It felt like they were measuring the time that she should spend with each client. I'm very sorry that this happened and that I had to deal with that situation after waiting so long in line to make my purchase. For this reason I will not put another foot in that Pandora store and I would not recommend it either.

La empleada Joedivette no fue amable, no me daba tiempo para pensar que yo quería comprar, me dijo que tenía amistades afuera esperando para atenderlos, me repetía que si ya yo había terminado, la mayoría de las cosas me decía que no estaban disponibles, me dijo que mejor no comprara nada porque despues de 30 días no podía cambiar la mercancia, en una ocasion me dijo que a ella en lo personal no le gustaba la sortija que le pedí que me mostrara, le pedí el numero de telefono de Pandora de Hatillo y me dijo que lo buscara en internet como todo el mundo, no me quiso mostrar la diferencia en tamaño de las pulseras tamaño 16 y 17, me decia que no podia tocar ni medirme ninguna mercancia hasta que yo estuviera 100% segura que lo iba a comprar, yo no habia terminado de ordenar cuando ya ella habia buscado el papel toalla para desinfectar el area donde estaba, cuando me empacó una sortija me dijo que se suponia que fuera en una caja pero que como yo le compre "alguito"pues me lo pondría en un "pouchito"(bolsa de tela negra) y cuando me entregó el recibo me dijo que habia una encuesta que la llenara pero que no la acribillara en la encuesta. Esto es un resumen de todo lo que pasó.

Al momento de realizar mi compra.. cuando le pedí a la asociada de venta (Alondra) el artículo que deseaba (colección de Harry Potter)me indicó que no podía vendérmelo con la oferta del 35% ya que estaba excluido de la oferta a lo que le indique que online me salía con la promoción pero aún así me dijo que al ser mercancía nueva estaba excluido. Tampoco me ofreció el comprarlo online y recogerlo en tienda. Por lo cual realize mi orden online y lo envié para otra de sus tiendas y cuando pregunte me indicaron que la única coleccion que está fuera es la de Star Wars a lo que ya tenía conocimiento. Cuando su empleada me indicó que tanto la de Harry Potter como la de Cinderella no aplicaban. O su empleada no sabe las promociones o quiere ser más lista de la cuenta.

The wait was too long and unnecessary, the treatment was not friendly at all, also there are better ways to be more polite with customers, from a businessman's point of view they need to be more organized.
