Visite la tienda de pandora de plaza las americas la primera persona que me atendió fue muy amable y me anoto yo pregunte la disponibilidad de un articulo para saber si hacia la fila o no la persona entendió que solo yo quería ese articulo al momento me llamo para atenderme le indique que quería pasar a ver otra mercancía y otra las las asesoras de manera grosera me indico que ella ya me había dado check out y que yo tenia que hacer el turno como todos los demás yo no buscaba brincar el turno de nadie yo pensé que como me llamaron era mi turno le solicito hablar con la gerente la misma defendió la actitud grosera de la persona que recibe a las personas delante de la tiende por el protocolo del mall creo que se debió tratar la situación de otra manera y la asesora debió preguntar si yo estaba dispuesto a anotamer y esperar nuevamente el turno por la confusión y no se hizo de esa manera

I came to exchange the ring I bought for my girlfriend who didn’t know the size of her ring. The sales associate was very b*tchy and was in a hurry to attend us even though we were the only customers in the store. She couldn’t find the item and had to manager look for ir which she found way faster but still didn’t bother to check if it was the correct size. It turned out to be a whole size bigger than her size and they told her it was “her size” and they dispatched us very quickly. We felt very unsatisfied with the service and left to exchange the ring in another Pandora location.
