We were greeted and invited to enter the store as soon as we approached the entrance. Our sales representative was super kind and helped me decide on pieces. Oshayrin was so good that also helped me find pieces for my daughter. It is a pleasant experience to go to a store where you know that the staff are courteous, kind and knowledgeable of what they carry.

To start I have to say that since we stood at the entrance of the store we were welcomed by Oshy and invited I side to be taken care of. This courteous young assistant told us her name and asked me about what I wanted to see. I was looking for something for myself and then talking with her she offered some pieces for my daughter and she was very knowledgeable and assertive on every choice. The store was neatly clean and the staff/ sale associates were all engaged with their clients. I loved the attention and good care that Oshy, my sales associate, gave me.

From the very beginning that I entered the store, I was aproached by a young, knowledgeable lady and in about 45 minutes I concluded the purchase. She helped me to arrange the most beautiful bracelet, for my wife's birthday.
