The Pandora representative was really nice and helpful. I had made my first Pandora purchase ever, but I did it online and got a size too big. I went to the store asking for an exchange. I was surprised when the representative helped me with the exchange and got me a smaller size. I went in expecting no as an answer and me needing to ask for a refund. I was highly surprised when everything went smoothly and left the store happily with my new Pandora bracelet on my wrist.
