I arrived to the Plaza Las Americas Mall in Puerto Rico with my Down Syndrome sister. She was going to purchase a charm. We waited outside of the store for a few minutes after the couple in front of us were attended. Two diferente sales ladies indicated us to continue waiting meanwhile, I’m not sure what they were doing. A third young lady finished a sale and immediately offered us help. She treated my sister like little queen. She talked to her, showed her the charms, letting my sister hold them giving my sister her complete attention. My sister and I had a very exceptional experience at this store.

The associate helped my family and me in all the process. The products were beautiful and I found everything I was looking for. The 6 feet distance was there and everything was organized.

The personal was very attentive and know and show me the charms and earrings that I wanted.
