The only reason I was satisfied is that the young sales representative that took care of my transaction is such a courteous and respectful person that before I return to the store again in the future, I am going to ask if she will be available and then go to Plaza Las Americas Pandora Store here in San Juan. The woman at the entrance was rude and highly uneducated. If I go back and that woman is at the entrance, I will definitely turn away. It is such a shame to have people like that at the entrance of a sore where customers are supposed to be welcomed in. But Ashley, the sales person that took care of me, she was perfect. I didn’t tell her about the woman at the entrance because Ashly didn’t deserve to feel sorry for someone else's fault. Ashley oriented me on how to use the cleaning kit and towelette I bought from Pandora on-line, to clean all my Pandora Jewerly. This girl took her time and answered all my questions. I felt really well taken care of right there. People like her makes one go back again.
