The attention given to me during the entire process was great. Also, I was looking for a specific charm (special meaning to my daughter) and employees even called me after I had left the store, to tell me they found the charm and wanted me to know thet would hold it if I was still interested. This happened while I was still near the store sonI was able to get the gift I wanted for my daughter. Employees were AMAZING!
