Tuve una buena experiencia. Fue mi primera vez en comprar en la tienda de Mayagüez Mall. El asociado fue súper servicial. Excelente servicio al cliente!

Personnel was very attentive and quick to find items we were interested in. Items were well organized reducing the sales rep time at finding items. Sales rep knew very well here way around the store. Sales rep offered options similar to items not available at the time.

Paola is a friendly seller. At the moment I dont find any problem with the jewely but I will considered if the company maintain in the system the what I bought because I can lost the paper of the sell and if I need to claim a problem I can find with a situation.
