No conseguí lo que buscaba. Iba detras de prendas doradas y no tenían variedad. Lo existente en la tienda era muy poco.

The internet went down and I couldn’t paid the merchandise so I had to return the next day.

Although the store had two sales people available when i walked in, none were eager to attend me. I first asked if the cleaning service was available and they just answered no, when they could have said no but we do have the cleaning kit available. I had ask if they sold a cleaning kit. And they should have presented the product and explained how to use it. I had to ask also. And the only reason i bought over $400 worth of jewelry was because i asked for everything. I was never suggested any items. The store could sell so much more with the right service. You don’t have to be a pushy salesperson to be a good salesperson.

They don’t show options of more items to buy maybe it was a new seller

My store did not have the ring I wanted in my size, so I had to get home and buy it online.

I had to wait a bit to be helped, but that wasn't too long. The main issue was finding suitable charms for the type of earring i was purchasing. The store didn't seem to have a good variety.
