Pueden estar mejor organizados. No tenían mucha mercancía. En el área de pagar solo tenían una caja abierta la fila llegaba a la puerta lo encuentro incensario. Yo se que es temporada alta y todo esta lleno, pero si se organizan puede fluir mejor todo.

Both lf the sales asosiates who helpep me were in a bad adittude. Gosseping about othe customers. I belive both of them were really rude.

La gerente de turno, no me quería cambiar la pieza supuestamente porque estaba “guayada” de ser así, así la compré entonces “guayada” pero su actitud fue siempre negativa y no me miraba a la cara, siempre con la mirada hacia abajo, eso deja mucho que decir.

Sales rep gave me book to look at, being very hesitant to display any rings. I told her i wanted to see actual product not book. She asked if i wanted to look at silver, gold, or rose gold?? Just show me pieces and let me decide!!!! Made me feels like i was untrustworthy!!!!

De la forma en que fue reducible un cupón que lleve. El mismo fue aplicado no a mi favor.

En la entrada tiene un desastre. Estuve varios minutos aprox 10 esperando para que me dijeran que era q estaban anotando a personas y llamándolas cuando fuera el turno para poder entrar. No soy adivina para saber eso después de esperar allí tanto. Me fui enojada y realicé la orden por Facebook que tuve que llamar para que la tomaran porque también se tardaron demasiado

Me vendieron mal lo que fui a buscar y luego el cambio fue igual de costoso y no lleno mis expectativas
