No me dieron la bienvenida al llegar. La impresión que obtuve es, que no me querian atender. No mostraron interés en ayudarme. Muchos de los artículos q buscaba no los tenían disponibles.

Las pantallas que compre tenían un precio de $45 con una rebaja del 50% y al pagar no me lo honrarón con la excusa de que estaba mal colocado la pieza en el area de precio.

En ningún momento he contestado que no estoy satisfecha. Al contrario, tanto el servicio de la empleada como la mercancía disponible en tienda fue un excelente servicio. Así que mi experiencia fue satisfactoria

Compre un charm para regalar a mi hermana de cumpleaños hoy cuando lo abrio esta raspado. Parece como si lo hubieran utilizado y raspado o fuera el de muestra. Me dio hasta verguenza que pensara que yo lo use y luego se lo regale. No vuelvo a esta tienda. Uno quiere dar un detalle bonito y que sea algo de calidad. No lo que me paso.

I went to the store to return as the receipt says, any pandora store, not to travel hour an 1/2 where I originally buy the bracelet, they told me they cant take me the bracelet back because i did not bought there, she said there were not manager and she was the assistance manager, i am very disappointing beacuse I bought frim you almost every month. The in other words punishment me to exchange the merchandise there for other thing, the receipt it’s clear says that i can change in any pandora store. She was an manager assistant and could not take decisions. I really feel like you forced me to have something from there, I leave like 1.5 hors from the place I originally bought and also where i went to exchange it its like 45 minutes away from home, i am really unsatisfied
