Jeriel was very kind and genuinely seemed to care in helping choose a ring for my birthday. He provided helpful tips in choosing a ring that would fit my needs. I appreciated his patience and empathy. Given the circumstances of the pandemic, not many employees work with a "smile in their eyes". He seemed to enjoy helping me out and guiding me in the process. He went above and beyond helping me. He was efficient and knowledgeable. I look forward to returning sson :)

I like the ambient of the stores. The store have variety and good merchandise. The associates are very available and very kind. Pandora have many stores in P.R.

Jeriel, was very patient with me. I knew the price was gonna be quite large. So I really wanted to make my purchase worth it. He helped me sort through various charms as I explained what I was trying to find and for what I was trying to represent with the charms. I went in with no clue as to what I was going to get exactly. But thanks to jeriel I got something I am super excited with.
