The representative was very amicable and personable. He was very patient and knowledgeable. He offered advice and made us feel very comfortable with our purchase. I had a bad experience at this store in the past and this young man is one of the reasons I am changing my opinion on this pandora store. I will recommend to anyone to ask for Andrew when visiting this store because he is overall very customer oriented.

Sales associate Silkia gave us lot of tips on how to keep our pandora bracelets clean. She also showed us different types of charms we needed to have on our bracelets. She was very friendly and convincing.
