Pandora Jewelry

My visit to this Pandora store was highly satisfied in many ways. First entering the store I was immediately helped by Jennifer the sales associate and I believe she was the manager just of knowledge that she knew about all the jewelry you could easily tell that it wasn’t her first day. The question she asked me help me feel like I was a friend not a just customer with this experience I will most definitely be back.

Ms. Silkia addressed us as we entered the store, with a friendly but professional voice of welcome. She was very knowledgable about your product as I M as we both have quite a bit of Pandora jewelry. She was so helpful we are going back next week to get our grand girls earrings. Thank you for a fabulous product , only wish since the reflexions came out at Christmas that there would have been a holiday clip for the bracelet. Merry Christmas Susan

I enjoyed trying on the different pieces and comparing all my options without any pressure. The salesperson was so patient and let me have fun with whatever I was interested in. When I mentioned discounts or sales, she was helpful and kind and brought the manager over to chat with me. Everyone made me feel very comfortable and glad to be doing my shopping there.

We went in to have my bracelet fixed. We were offered several options to address our concerns and that would fix the issue. No matter how many directions we looked at and different items I wanted to try, they were accomodating and let me try things on and play with different ideas before I made my purchase decision. I didn't feel pressured for time or to spend as much money as possible, they were happy to show me whatever I wanted and buy as much or little as I chose without making me feel any stress either way.
