My associate knew exactly the types of charms I was looking for. She gave me options I did not even think about looking for also which I ended up purchasing 2 charms I would have never thought of! She was very quick with finding specific charms. Overall pleased with the experience.

I've been given a Pandora Bracelets pandora charms from my daughter's and Granddaughters and am truly satisfied with all and all the charms I've received are placed somewhere in my life.

Great experience

I had purchased a ring from the Pandora website, during the Black Friday sale, but when it arrived it was missing a stone. I initially called customer service and they were less than helpful. They said I could only have Black Friday pricing if I did an exchange for the same item which they no longer had in the size I had purchased. I then called the store and spoke with the Manager. She was extremely helpful and offered to allow me to pick out on piece of my choice to exchange the ring for and she would honor the Black Friday discount. Needless to say. I loved the ring I had purchased so much I ended up exchanging for the same ring because the store had the size I wanted in stock.

They were attentive and took time to assist me with selecting gifts for others. They also showed me ways to coordinate my bracelets with complimenting charms.

I was highly satisfied because I went to exchange a charm for my bracelet that was sterling silver plated with gold and the gold had tarnished. I was able to exchange it easily and the sales associates were more than happy to assist me in finding another charm for my bracelet. I didn't experience any issues with my exchange.
