I came in for a routine cleaning of my Pandora bracelet. Mercedes was the sales associate assisting us and she was very friendly. knowledgeable. Gave me some advice as to how to keep my bracelet cleaner. She was extremely knowledgeable about the merchandise. Even understood my style and showed me the loveliest ring. My fiance purchased it for me. :)

I was greeted as soon as I walked into the store, and the greeting was geniuine. The associate was knowledgeable of the items carried in the store. I described what I was looking for and she found something within the budget that I wanted.
