When I came on to exchange a bracelet that I had purchased online they did not give me any problems. The sales associate even explained that the problem I was having was one that would go away but still gave me a new one. They were very nice and knowledgeable of the merchandise and helped me pick out great gifts for myself.

I ran in just before closing and all 3 staff members went out of their way to help me find the right gifts. They were kind and did not make me feel rushed, even though they were already closed. I got everything I was looking for. I left very happy and highly satisfied.

The workers were very friendly. The lady knew what she was talking about. It was a very clean store.
