Associate needed to get help

Unfortunately the item that I was looking for was not available when I was in the store. I was able to replace an item that I had previously purchased but was not happy that I had to pay more for the replacement item rather than being able to get one for the same price.

There was only one person checking people out with many workers in the store. It sounded like one of their ipads were dead, after waiting a while they looked for the other. The manager recognized me from a previous visit & has always been nice.

Waited an extremely long time for an associate to assist/acknowledge us while there were associates standing around not helping customers.

I ordered an item online went for an exchange. Couldn't get my money back to buy the same item that wasn't in the store or get store credit. But the person did try to make it right. She was very respectful and patient

Very accommodating with what I came in for and I ended up buying more.

Was hoping the shopping bag pandora charm was in store but still satisfied with the other one I got.

I was highly satisfied there was nothing wrong the service was amazing I would come here again. The staff was well mannered and were very helpful when helping me try and choose my bracelet
