To be highly satisfied, it would have to be perfect. Which in life is not a possibility. My sales associate was extremely knowledgeable of the merchandise and helped me make a choice, even though I really had no intention of making a purchase. She's a keeper.

The store was set up to only allow a few shoppers in at a time, which is understandable, but I felt like I was being rushed as I made my selections

Our rep was very good and quick, my only problem is she was speaking VERY low and I could barely hear her, she was wearing her mask which is good but she needs to speak up a little louder since she naturally is a low spoken voice.

There was not a lot of room to move around. Very crowded. Check out line took up a good portion of the room. Checking out took a long time.

There were only 2 associates. It's the holiday season. The wait time to complete my purchase was almost an hour.
