Store was not crowd. It was staffed. Didn't take long.

Just a reward program or deals weren’t offered or advertised but otherwise everything is great

I waited 45minutes just to get in the store. During that time I observed other customers inside the store. The clerks had no welcoming smiles or enthusiasm. I was able to purchase something I wanted but I was not at all impressd with the wait or the attitude of the sales people.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I just don’t feel they we’re ready for the volume of customers. They definitely did their best with the situation.

Sales associate was not aware of the price of the discontinued charm. She then said since the manager was off, she had no way of finding out.

I love Pandora

Several of the charms I wanted to look at were out of stock. But the employees were friendly & did their best to make sure I left a satisfied customer.

I enjoyed my sales associate, but someone kept coming behind her to up sale me, it was tacky, tacky. I do not need to be up sold to ever time I chose something New

I was willing to spend a lot of money, but the seller wasn’t very motivated. I mentioned i was looking for a birthday gift for my daughter, she just showed me one item, i guess they dont make commissions
