The store manager in the Edison mall store on prior visits was over baring on the assistance to the sales person This has occurred on several visits to that store. He was not at the store on the last visit seemed to be cacerned due to my being a black man

The selection of products was simply not available. The store associate informed me the warranty would not carry over state to state. I purchased the items outside of my hometown and do not plan on visiting that town in the near future and beyond.

I think the girl was new and I understand the confusion but she had me pick 3 charms and a bracelet for $175 but didn’t realize that there were only specific charms that go with the deal. I ended up purchasing all for $250 anyway because I wanted them but I can see where it would have been an issue for another customer to be told one thing and when checking out be surprised. This isn’t meant to get her in trouble but solely for learning / training purposes.

I had a broken bracket given to me for Christmas without a receipt. Unable to have a quick return!! Manager called another person etc!!

Because I couldn't even go into the store to look at products!! Instead I was handed a book and told to pick out from the book! I think that is completely ridiculous.

I was buying a gift for my granddaughter with my granddaughter for her 14th birthday.. I don't care for the sales pitch of luring a 14yrs old into wanting MORE than I could afford.. they need to back off a bit

The associate was very new and she was unsure of herself. To be expected, however, she probably would have done better with someone assisting her.

The store felt cramped. I don't know if the girl helping me was new, but she didn't seem very knowledgeable about the merchandise or the process if I needed to come back and exchange.
