While being waited on my a sales staff member at a station, another member decided to bring another customer to the same station. When the situation of social distancing was brought up to the staff member she let it go because the customer was in a hurry and just wanted to be waited on. The customer was maskless which my husband and I extremely uncomfortable.

The manager and a one associate where judging and giving each other dirty looks about customers. Their body language spoke louder than words. It sad to see the manager judging customers.

The associate was amazing. The assistant manager was rude, intrusive on our sale and made everyone feel uncomfortable. It was obvious that he felt way more important than everybody there. I almost canceled my $400 + purchase and went to a different store. The associate saved this sale.

The lady helping me was very slow and did not know her merchandise, until the manager helped her..

While waiting in line the door associate went to others behind me and took them to the other side (2nd line) Both of those customers behind me ended up getting in the store before me that was unfair and I did almost just leave.

There really isn’t any reason for my not choosing Highly Satisfied . I was a very happy customer and the my granddaughter loved the beautiful bracelet I purchased for her 16th Birthday.
