Because the store don’t have a model and size for the ring that my daughter want.

The store was too crowded and some guests were not wearing masks during their visit. I did not have a chance to look around because of the insecurity it caused me to see people without their masks or not practicing social distancing.

I had to wait a while to be service, but I was acknowlede by Nathalie. Not a lot of items on sales for the 50%. When to puchase items, and get my other jewerly clean. Carlos clean my bracklets but forgot one in the cleaner. The mall closing. I had to run back in to tell him he forgot one of my items. He did say he was sorry. I think they need to count all items they take in the back. He main focus was looking at my things to see if their damage before he ckean them. I buy alot from pandora.

Great customer service

I expected to get a better deal. I was purchasing a birthday gift for a relative. There weren't many options. Low on quantity of merchandise.

As I walked in the lady immediately walked up to me asked me can I help you?wasI looking for something specifically and I said I was just looking. She says fine just let me know if I can help. She was very kind,she showed me lots of patients. I really likes that. Very good customer service.
