The sales girl was nice but I was very surprised that she had very dirty fingernails. The manager was very net and helpful. I am surprised that he did not make note of it.

Item are a bit high in price.

Didn`t have a item I wanted, music to loud couldn`t hear her talking with mask and music going.

I spent 430.00 on rings online. They couldn't give me my money back because I received a free bracelet that I gifted to my mom. I offered to pay for the bracelet and just take the rest of the refund. They couldn't do it because it was a special promotion if you spent more then 75.00 you received a bracelet free. They couldn't find the promotion so they couldn't refund any of my money. The sales girl was extremely helpful but she called her manager and she told her I needed to come back when she is there so she can see it herself. I understand that is the policy but I called that store prior to going and was told by another salesperson that even though I bought it online, I could still either exchange or return with no problem. I am just going to return them back online, they have my order in detail and I won't have a problem getting my money back since they don't carry the size I am looking for.

The sales associates were polite and helpful. The store was very clean. We live pandora merchandise.

I asked for about five or six different rings and they did not have them in the size that I needed either the color or the style or the size they did not have.
