I was looking for a specific charm as a gift for someone. Unfortunately it wasn't available and there was nothing really even comparable in the store

The reflection charm I wanted was not available yet. The sales associates said it had not come in yet and they didn't know when or if they would receive it. It was the new reflection snowflake charm.

I never give a highly on anything. There is always room for improvement.

We purchased online and were not given the option to do a full return. We got a gift card instead.

the store did not have a lot to choose from it was small and the sales floor was crammed and not alot of room to make purchases I would hate to see around the holidays
