The ring I went in for showed online that they were available in store in my size. They didn’t even have that ring in store let alone in my size. I found another ring and it took 3 sales associates to try and find it in my size. The rings weren’t kept together or organized by size

I understand that it’s a busy time since it’s mother’s day week. I was satisfied and the wait was long. The staff was fine.

The problem was that the assistant manager had a dirty shirt and wrinkled. He does not dress profesional at all and his personal hygiene needed some work. The floors in the store where dirty and need to be polished.

The store can be bigger. More options of charms please.

One of the rings I wanted was not in stock. However, the salesperson did find it in a nearby store.

Very good experience would come back

Good selection of rings in my size. The staff was very helpful listening to my needs. Check out time was good, even though the store was busy.

Pricey,needs to come down on price&have BOGO'S,& OR..better sales!
