Pandora Jewelry

This was my very first experience with Pandora. I have never stepped inside a Pandora store therefore I can't say if my experience is the best Pandora offers. I am satisfied with my experience but can't say I was wowed.

I was highly satisfied with my sales associate, but her coworker was very rude and wanted to take a clip I was purchasing and sale to her potential customer and was not happy when I agreed to purchase.

This store never has the charms I am looking for. I go in often and every time I go, they still don’t have the charms I want to buy to complete my bracelets. Charms such as the rose gold bonds of love, rose gold happiness essence, silicone rose gold heart clips and no variety of clips. Certain clips or safety chains don’t fit my bracelet so I can’t really build my bracelet to my expectations.

The associate could not show me which items were on sale as they were not grouped together. Stock was very low.

Line is very long and I loose 1 personal charm while in line and while holding my baby enduring the long line

Limited stock at the time.

Internet shows 90 Disney products available on line but I did not see them available in the storre. I may have bought something that will be exchanged after Christmas

It is not customer friendly when you are busy wit sales assistance that the charms are not display directly , you have to look through the glass and for each item ask separate. It is very enjoying and give a feeling that all customers might be the thieves. In Europe and other countries , when someone want to see from a display, a whole display is shown directly to the customer and not each charm separate

Several items that I was interested in were not available in stock.
