Because I ask for a a bracelet in my size and the sale assoicate kept telling me I need a smaller one. I know what size I want. I have 3 bracelets. I dnt like pushiness to try and make you buy more than what you want.The whole time I was their. I had another sale rep stand over my shoulder saying this look nice and that look nice. Once I didnt get more charms he call some else to try to get me to buy more they call their self tag team me. I dnt like that. I saw them winking at one another I dnt like at all. And I call them out on it.

I think that it should be starter kits... something like a bracelet and stoppers. Because when go in to get the bracelet and then pick out charms the sale assistant tells you that need this and then that. It adds up and I was getting a gift for my Mom's Birthday which I dont want the bracelet to be empty so that it will look nice.

When entering the store no sense of how customers are taken care of, there is no number system for customers know who is next to be served , sales employees just over look customers and assume that person is next to be serve. Needs improvement for customer service. The store is small and can only accompanied so many customers, when there is sales or holidays customers are lined up waiting to be served, need bigger store .

My husband purchased a Pandora bracelet in Cozumel, for our granddaughter, a child size bracelet. I wanted to exchange it for an adult size, same style. There wasn't one in stock, so I had to upgrade/ additional expense. I also have a bracelet, with a rose gold closure. It's very hard to get on by myself. There was nothing they could do about it. Suggesting that I purchase a safety chain. Additional expense on an already expensive bracelet. Not happy with this experience. And, not the first time customer service was bad.

I was overall happy. I just didn't like the way the ring fit me. It was beautiful but didn't like the way it fit I went in twice and they were sold out of what I wanted which was a charm
