Merchandise seems overpriced. However, the free gift this Mother’s Day season was a great incentive. Pandora needs to do this more often to justify its high prices

Just felt to pressured

I was greeted and asked if I needed assistance I said I was going to look around I looked around and when I went to ask a question I felt like I was ignored some what. When the young lady came to help me she seemed like she was not to happy then after I asked for a few different ways of setting up my bracelet she excused herself and let someone else take care of me. Maybe she thought I could not afford what I was looking for or alt least that's how I felt.

Sales representative where too talkative amongst each other while assisting me. I feel a bit rushed to purchase. They did not have much experience and could not answer my questions without asking someone. Which is fine but made me doubt what was really accurate.

Something is nice your associates suggest add on but some customers like me knwo what we want and like to see the whole tray instead of your team get one by one (charms)
