Had to wait outside just to look around. Sales person was pushy

I know there was a holiday but the line was wrapped around the store. The store was out of a specific charm I was looking for, and I checked out outside the store and still had to wait 15-20minutes in line to check out

Nunca se encuentran. Prendas que uno busca ...dijes que uno busca. Hay que buscarlas en otras tienda lo que es pérdida de tiempo..y no quieren de su parte llamar a otras tiendas para verificar si las tienen.

I asked to see certain selections (friendships or birthday) she only pulled out 3 that she chose. I would’ve liked to see more and choose the ones I wanted to look at. When I said I didn’t like those she just pulled out random ones I would’ve never asked to see.

I placed my order over the phone with an associate who is very nice and helpful. She explained that all I had to do was call the store and they will bring it out for me . when I did call the store the gentleman that answered acted like they were not doing curbside and annoyed.

The prices can be a bit lower. I feel like the items are expensive and also that you guys can have more offers. Sale is what you guys need because there not real

The sales associate seemed untrained, not friendly, and didn't recommend placing an order for an item in my size. Also, I asked to have my purchased items polished, and she told me no that they were polished earlier in the day. We were ready to walk out, but the manager stepped in and offered to assist us. The sales associate was mediocre at best. I doubt we'll be returning to this location after this experience.

My sales associate was great she showed me the special running an pulled out charms an bracelets explained fine but in with the special there were items evidently not supposed to be the the assistant manager was warm or helpful just said had to change I was ok there wasn't enough difference to make a fuss an sales associate did her job apologized. I felt he was rude an made her uncomfortable so I wasn't going to make a fuss. She was great he may need more customer service training an learn to explain. I felt he left her feeling bad an was not her fault.
