A male sales representative with pink jacket was with attitude and rough asking me for social distancing while I was looking the charms with other sales repres, Also I was using my mask during visit. He has attitude and not good for Pandora store

the associates working that day didn’t really seem too excited to be any assistance or even in store if we’re being honest. Very nonchalant attitudes.

My Pandora credit card had been closed without anybody notifying me. I was highly embarrassed. Synchrony bank is very nasty.

My fiance and I have shopped at this pandora multiple times. In the past the sales associates have been very friendly and helpful. In this case I feel like the associated were to pushy to get us to buy more items after we already started we were only looking for a specific item and we were done shopping. We go to this pandora because it 8s the closest one to our home however in the future we would rather drive an extra 30 minutes to shop at another location. We love pandora and love the previous employees however this time we did not have the same experience.

Do to the pandemic you feel rushed. I did purchase over 100 dollars worth of charms. I love Pandora but the experience was ok not great. Plus they need to start doing the cleanings. I've invested a lot in Pandora jewelry,they should forfill their obligations.

The sales guy was way to pushy , I’m in sales plus I used to sell pandora years ago and he seemed like he was worried about getting he sales in for the day I never want to go to a place that is so pushy for its sales it was rediic !! I even said something he seemed desperate for more of a sale when I came in with one thing in mind , I even bought something I noticed extra

I waited 40 minutes in line to pay for my merchandise. Cashiers were extremely slow.

To crowded, loud, limited selection of charms to choose from.

After waiting the associate misquoted prices and the manager as well as the price book were different from the register. Asssociate was not friendly

When I walked in I was greeted, but the first sale associate basically walked off from a sale. Although I already have in mind to buy the first associate may have assumed I was not going to purchase anything.
