Its difficult to look at the merchandise in the store. It seems to be crowded

I walked into the store & there was 2 associates at the register. A family walked in behind me and they were immediately assisted by one of the associates. The other one paid me no mind to which another team member walked in & they walked to the back. A 3rd associate was done helping her customer she greeted me then walked to the back without asking if I had been helped. Beth was the only one who took notice that I hadn’t been helped. I was extremely upset & disappointed with the service. I feel as though I was overlooked. If I didn’t need this gift I purchased I would’ve walked right out.

I had a coupon they did not take off !! I didn’t realize it til I went home called back and they were closed already , I was very excited about purchase

Went in for first time and they gave me a braclet that was too small so I went back 3 days later to be told they couldn't do anything I had to call a 800 number. So I sat on hold for 45 minutes for them to tell me the store should Swap Out the bracelet. So after the girls at the store told me there is nothing they can do and made me sit on hold for 45 minutes to be told they should have no issues giving me a bracelet that fits my wrist. The one I was originally Given wasn't the one I wanted but I settled bc they didn't have the one I wanted in my size which was a huge bummer for me. I settled for the circle bracelet. But it was leaving marks on my wrists bc it was so tight. So after all that I don't think I will be purchasing from you again unless you guys correct this issue for me. I just sent $500 and can't even wear the bracelet. Pretty disappointing that a customer can't even exchange a bracelet that is leaving marks on customer and the employees just didn't care. I should just return everything for the horrible experience I had at my first visit.

I asked for my jewelry to be cleaned, it was gold in color, not silver! My necklace broke after the cleaning!

Unwilling to show various merchandise and very unhappy assisting me and moving really slow. I will not come back to this store at the Edison Mall

The item I purchased was priced at $150 on shelf and in book yet when they rang up the purchased it was $165 and store would not honor the advertised pricing. Management was no help other than saying Sorry.. that is not acceptable.

Pandora is still advertising pride charm in the book, but no one has in stock. I arrived on day of introduction & product was out of stock and still off of stock. I’ve been to location 5 times & product still out of stock.
