I was satisfied with the sale person. But when it came to giving me change, she told me we don’t have change. Gave me no reason! Just the principle, no change. I said ok. If I didn’t want the charm so much I would have walked out of the store. Felt very intimated, by the sales person. At least tell me before the transaction you have no change.

I went to take 2 of my nieces for their birthday present. I was going to buy them each a bracelet and 2 rings. But I was disappointed that pandora did not have much of a selection, as to when I go. I felt embarrassed to take my nieces and whatever they had wanted to get was not their so they had to settle for whatever Pandora had. And I only got one bracelet for a niece and a 2 rings for my other niece. My oldest niece is turning 15 years old and it’s a very important day for her. Being that for a Mexican family turning 15 is a very important family tradition. Don’t think I’ll be going to that Pandora store anymore.

I waited 47 minutes inside the store to be helped. Meanwhile a manager helped other employees suggest items to the customer they were working with. Another employee walked back and forth between the showroom and the office. A third employee finished attending her customer and walked off to go on break. I saw six people get frustrated and leave, two of which were already in the store. It's ridiculous. I understand people needing breaks but I was already waiting for over 20 minutes at that point.

Associates were talking and organizing when I talked in. No Acknowledgment was made. The manager said hi and keep walking. Two other customers walked in and were helped while I stand there. I had to get their attention and ask for help. They didn’t even apologize. Everything I own is pandora. I will go back because I love the merchandise but they need fixing

While waiting in line a employee was going to see if the had a charm I was looking for. She never came back to advise if it was in. However, she could ask if I wanted to sign up for your credit. Why would I want to sign up for your credit if they cannot even complete the original task.

Pandora was out of stock of the Rainbow 🌈 pride charm. My gf really wanted this charm for Mother’s Day.

My daughter had visited this same store about a week prior and had a wonderful experience. She had hoped I would have the same. When we left the store she said to me, "I'm sorry that you didn't have a magical first experience. The I came my sales girl was so helpful, and nice." Thankfully, I had already done some looking online and had an idea about what I wanted to purchase. Our sales associate must have been new because she remained very quiet and seemed nervous. I had to ask very direct questions and then she would oblige. I also was disappointed that there were no offers or Christmas sales promotions offered. I had seen great deals on the website such as gift ideas. Overall, it was very disheartening. I didn't expect to spend as much as I did because of what I saw online. I went for a bracelet for my mother and my daughter (who was with me) so, it's not like I could say anything at checkout.

I paid with cash and Manger gave me an attitude because I paid with cash. Told me They didn’t have proper change. Short me on my change I was suppose to receive. Pandora is one of the only store making customers wear mask and wait in line still.
