No me ayudaron a cambiar dos clips que ya no tengo la pulsera que lo lleva, porque por su mala calidad se me rompió y además se ponen negras las prendas

The store manager started taking care of me and I ask for some items I wanted and she didn't even hear me out and just said this is for this and are you sore you have this bracelet then pass me on to a guy which it was nicer. But she was not very nice at all and didn't make me fell confortable at all. I have a numerous piece from pandora and know the collection. maybe it was my way o dressing or i don't know. will definitely not go to that store anymore will go back to the one at conconut point in Estero that no matter what im wearing they always treat really nice.

Didn’t have much of the merchandise wanted

The store was very loud and not at all organized for a holiday weekend. It was my first time shopping at your store and I needed help finding a gift but left spending a lot more than I told the clerk I wanted to spend and the gift isn't what I think my my daughter wants.

The associate told me they did not have the new ring that came out and my sister bought it there 2 days prior. She was not very knowledgeable. She was friendly but She was rushing me and that made me feel like I was a bother.

Sales person had no knowledge, requested help, was also very pushy, 3 items were not in stock and was not offered to order for me . Took too long to check out - item that was in stock

The vendor who attended me was no friendly and the manager same thing I can’t understand why if always you have nice people put people like her …. I always buy in pandora I love it but while I’ll see that she is in the same place negative

Visited during a none peak time, 3 ladies were working. There was only one other client in the store prior to me. No one greeted and I had to ask the two ladies talking for help. Once engaged the service was standard.

The assistant manager was so rude, and never smiled, she doesn’t want to help me, until I asked for the manager
