Sales associate handed out booklets to everyone on line I mentioned I knew what I wanted and the associate said she would be right back. An hour later when I was next in line she remembered her promise and told me the item was sold out. If she had just been patient I could shown her the item on my phone and saved me an hour wait.

The salesperson, Piper, during this visit was not very friendly or helpful at all. It was busy as it is mother's day weekend, and I felt I was being rushed and not being given proper customer service. I looked around and other salespersons were being friendly and patient with their customer's, mine was not.

Manager is really rude

Bought 5 chains and asked if I could get our bracelets cleaned and they said yes to come back in 30 minutes. Well an hour passed by and I went back to get our bracelets. And just asked if they were ready And manager was just extremely rude! Giving me attitude that there was people but no one one was in the store with a lot of co workers just talking to each other.

customer service was horrible at store # 218798 reg 52. Adiana Assoc 200253 was the only who was kind and helpfull to me, the oder associates were unpleasant and disrespectful

#1905 helped by Isabella C. Who immediately showed signs of attitude and didn’t want to be at work. From the tone of her voice to her body language. I started to get angry because it seemed as if she had a problem with us. At checkout I presented a coupon with my Student Beans app that has a coupon for 10% off a Pandora purchase (with certain restrictions that I read prior to presenting it) and as soon as I showed Isabella the coupon she immediately said “this is only online” when clearly the coupon said “in store”. She then took my phone out of my hand without asking me, after all of the attitude and rude service she gave me which angered me. She asked if she could “ take my phone to the back to show someone” and I asked “can they come out front so you don’t have to take my phone to the back”. The man who came out to the front then proceeded to say “this is an online coupon” and I showed him where it said “in store” then he said “we do not offer this deal”. I did not receive his name but he seemed to have a problem with us as well. Pandora does not benefit from having these two represent their company because at checkout I was about to leave without purchasing anything

We did an order online/pick up in store. My daughter went to pick it up they made her pay for the ring because she exchanged the sizes so I had 2 charges for $41. I called and she tried to blame it on my daughter and told me she chose to do it that way which is completely false. The item was paid for and she should have just been able to an even exchange. I then called the store and Mia told me I had to call and cancel the online order. I then called customer service and she had to call the store and said that the second charge should drop off, but it would be 3-4 business days. I am not at all happy with the way this transaction was handled, it was a mess and I am still waiting to see if the second charge drops off my credit card. I will not be returning to the Edison Mall location I will shop at the other locations instead.

Went to the store as I had previously spoken to a manager about the issue. A bracelet that was given to me as a gift has been defective since day 1. Have taken it to 3 stores in the past 9 months for them to only keep cleaning it and handing it back. The bracelet good rose treatment was not done properly and is and has been black since day 1. I wore it like that because it’s my favorite. Well it now fell apart. One of the little balls that acts as a clip broke off. Because the sales associate could not find the purchase record, it was not replaced. It is quite unacceptable, this was a gift. I shouldn’t have to figure out how it was purchased or have a masters degree to guess a phone number. The merchandise is falling apart- should simply be replaced

STOOD IN THER STORE FOR 25 MINUTES BEFORE ANYONE EVEN SAID A WORD. pEOPLE WERECOMIN IN AND OUT OF THE BACK OFFICE AND STILL NO ONE EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED ME. FINALLY WHEN THE SALES GIRL GOT DONE WITH THE PEOPLE BEFORE ME DID I GET ANY RECOGNITION. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PANDORA AGAIN. THEY DO NOT CARE TO HELP ANYONE. THEY CAN NOT EVEN GREET ANYONE WHEN THEY WALK IN. THE STORE WAS DEAD TWO GIRLS WORKING WITH TWO CUSTOMERS AND AT LEAST TWO OTHER GIRLS IN THE BACK THAT CAME OUT AND COULD CARE LESS ABOUT SELLING ANYONE ANYTHING. THE BLONDE ONE POSSIBLY THE MANAGER DIDN'T EVEN SAY HIS AS I STOOD AT THE COUNTER WHEN SHE CAME OUT FROM THE MIDDLE AND WENT BACK TO THE BACK.

Employees don’t explain good the promotion when i ask for the bracelet them they told me i have to apply for a pandora card an order to take the free bracelet when they just told that as soon i spend $125 or more i was able to take it really dissatisfying I’m not going to return to this store i prefer to buy online that return back

There were associates standing around and we had to wait to get assisted. The associate we got was not very knowledgeable. Took about 30 mins overall when my transaction should’ve been less time. Will not return to that store. Then I was told that I would get a gift because I spent over $125 and since my husband is a veteran and we asked for the veterans discount it took my total down to $124 and some change so because of a few cents I didn’t get the gift that I was told I would. It’s not so much the point that I didn’t get the gift it was the principle
