I took my Grandson who has Autism to Pandora for him to pick out Jewelry for his Mother. I spoke to the associate about the flat bracelet charms to which you only had about 9. Which was not a problem we picked he picked one out. The associate took it and came out okay you can pay here and now. My grandson wanted to purchase a necklace and earrings. We were not asked if we could look at other items. I asked for a manager but he was to busy. I will go to another Pandora from now on.

Disinterested bad mannered sales staff. Sales associate kept looking at the door as though she was expecting someone. I asked her if she was waiting for someone since she kept looking at the door tater than dealing with me. Later the assistant store manager steppers up and helped her with something while I was completing my profile on a store handheld. In the middle of that the assistant manager, with our saying a word, took the handheld to enter data himself. I told him I was entering my data and he have me back the handheld. Overall, a very negative experience. Rude staff, disinterested in helping the customer, no manners. Definitely not a store I will go back to.

I went in the Pandora of coconut point Estero. With my mom, aunt and cousin to buy, the lady of the store treated us so badly. They all ended up purchasing nothing because how bad the lady was treating us. Didn’t want to show anything. Said “DONT TOUCH if you TOUCH it I have to clean it” I ended up getting things I didn’t like to exchange in the other Pandora at Edison mall fort Myers which the people there treat us as human

The person that help me out was rude and all the same associates where just standing around like they had nothing to do nobody greeted me as I walked in and I felt because of my skin color no one paid me much mind

This was my second or third visit to the store in Edison mall, and each time it was even more of a disappointment. The staff doesn’t really know what they’re doing or much about the products they sell... Also they don’t really ever seem like they want to be there and provide very poor customer service. The products themselves are beautiful but for the amount of money spent at that store you would think the service would be better than what it is.

I purchased a charm for someone for Christmas and they received the same exact charm from someone else. When I purchased the charm, I had received a 35%discount. I wanted that same discount applied to the new charm. The sales associate refused to honor it. Very poor customer service!

Although the return policy for cash is located in small print somewhere around the store I was not aware that paying cash resulted in the requirement to wait 30 days for a check to be sent. Had I been made aware I would have simply paid with my debit card. Also I was told the Black Friday 35% off promotion was not transferrable from items I’d like to exchange that I had purchased that day to new items. The associate was very pleasant, just extremely dissatisfied that I have to wait 39 days to receive money I paid on the spot.

The assistant manager at this store was terribly rude and disrespectful to me. I would never treat anyone the way he spoke to me. Two sales associates witnessed the whole ordeal. I will never come back to this store as long as he works there
