After waiting an hour in line even thought I had called ahead to have the charms held, the charms were never put aside and I was never informed that the store didn’t have them. I drove 45 minutes to this store and wasted an hour in line only to be told after waiting an hour that they had limited stock of items. I understand the circumstances of COVID-19, but I also feel the company didn’t prepare themselves adequately to be open. I feel they should provide you with a list of what is in the store not a book filled with items they don’t have especially since I called ahead and was told it would be ready for me when I arrived, only to be told no we don’t have it. I don’t plan on shopping at this store ever again. I’ll wait the 10 days for online shipping instead.

Terrible experience with how my transaction was conducted. Seems sales associate was clueless on resolving the issue too many mistakes in transaction and how to resolve it.

I went into the store as directed by your customer number to have them verify the clasp issue on my bracelet. The bracelet was swapped out however, when I went to purchase another charm the one I purchased "lock of love" was $80 when advertised online for only $45.
