The sale person was very friendly. The jewelry is reasonably priced (a lot cheaper Kay's). I like that the store offered multiple sizes for rings. The store offers a variety of earrings, rings, necklaces and bracelets. Thank you so much.

The lady I asked to help measure my wrist was very polite. She knew what she was doing, when showing the charms and the types of charm bracelets.

My purchase was based on your associate standing at door controlling the number of people. Her name is Ms T….don’t know how to spell her name. Had no intention of purchasing anything until I asked her about some of pieces she was wearing. I then went in store n wasn’t happy w the way it looked on me. When I came out of store she then suggested other things that could be added to item I was interested in…the rest is history! My purchase was based on talking to her n her ideas! Extremely personable person. Should’ve known she was a school teacher!

Management needs to work with stores on fixing merchandise. I will tell you more on when I can headquarters to see how I get my bracelet fixexed.

I am highly satisfied with my pandora experience because I have had bad past experiences in some other locations from pandora. The worker all were nice and patient with showing and explaining everything.
