I placed my order online and picked up in store. When I got there, the associates were so friendly. I picked up my order within 5 minutes!

The employees were very pleasant to talk to and they all knew about each product i had questions with and helped me with a bracelet that next to be resized

My husband bought me my first bracelet and charms on 1/26 for my valentines gift and the bracelet was too small. They exchanged it at no additional charge and the proceeded to help me with a purchase from there of 2 more charms for my children. Vivian and the manager took great care of me and I can not wait to go back for more.

I was quickly greeted as soon as the associates saw me. Very professional and well taken care of. I was helped by two associates and they were well know with the stores products. Knew which items I would like, which I ended up purchasing.
