Before going to this Pandora I'd read the Google reviews for the location and they weren't very good. I went anyway and I'm glad I did. Super friendly and got what I was looking for.

I visited this Pandora for the first time to purchase a birthday charm for my niece the one specific charm I was interested in they did have. One charm that I was considering they were out of, the sales clerk Josie was extremely helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and very patient. This young lady is definitely an asset to this store. She showed me several other charms which I was not interested in she went out of her way and showed me one more of one that I wasn’t even looking for which is what I purchased. I purchased two charms that day as a valentine birthday present for my niece ( she was VERY HAPPY ). I was very satisfied and I will be back to this store and also being a medical professional I was very pleased to see them practicing safe procedures at this challenging time.

The sales associate Piper was so helpful and sweet. I told her what I was wanting and was able to put vison into reality for my bracelet.

Staff very friendly they took care of me very quickly.

I like the friendly, fast service. Efford to find what I want and if there is not what I need or want they suggest let the company know and maybe they will make it available.
