Arianna & Jesse are friendly, helpful and experts on all Pandora products. Although the two bracelets I wanted to try on were not available in my size they took my information and will contact me as soon as these are in stock again. They also were able to answer my many questions.

Jesse G., The sales rep who assisted us was excellent! She knew what she was talking about, very polite, helpful and wasn't in a hurry to get to the next person. She took the time to show us how to attach the purchases to the bracelet and wrapped the gifts for us. This was our first time in the store and although we waited in line outside the store at first, it wasn't very long before we went in and was out with purchases. She definitely made the visit a great experience and will definitely be back!
