Elizabeth was an awesome saleswoman. I did not expect to purchase more charms but I walked out with 3 more and she cleaned my bracelet

All the sale personnel are very professional. I've shop at this store 5 times or more and have always been very satisfied with the sale personnel.

Sales associate was friendly and knowledgeable. She knew where to locate the item I wanted and was able to tell me other items were out of stock.

When I entered the store, I was immediately greeted by Marialena. She was incredibly kind, sincere, friendly, and personable! She assisted me in an exchange with Silkia, on a rose gold hearted bracelet. Silkia was a GEM! She took care of me, ensured my bracelet was properly weighted, and encouraged me to purchase another clip so I could take care of the bracelet she had just replaced for me. Their knowledge of their products, customer service, and longing to deliver a great customer experience could not be matched by anyone else.

Silkia the manager and Marialena the sales associate were both great. My girlfriend and I came in to see if we could exchange her rose gold bracelet that was tarnished. Silkia took the time to talk with us and explain the process of cleaning, care, and how to maintain the rose gold finish. Silkia was very thorough, knowledgable, polite and pleasant to work with. Every time I go into this store location I have had nothing shy of a great customer experiences and have made this my go to Pandora location in SWFL. I have to go in prepared with what I want, otherwise the associates in that store will have me buying way more than I came in for, and that is not a bad thing on their part - they are great at what they do!

I love your products however I do wish they had more items in stock as it’s after the holidays and it seemed like stock was very low.
