The sales associate always compliments me on my up keep on my bracelet. Always always VERY FRIENDLY!! I had a problem with my bracelet, and a charm(rose gold). The manager heard me speaking with the associate. He immediately cane over without and questions he exchanged out my bracelet and charm. I don’t go into ANY stores on a regular, as I’m a online shopper, but the staff makes you want to continue to come back. All I can say is GOOD JOB PANDORA for hiring an AMAZING STAFF in the Ft. MYERS Florida store in the Edison Mall. They all are AMAZING!!!

Natalie (the sales associate) at the Edison Mall location was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant. It's refreshing to actually have someone help you when you enter a store. I'll buy from her again.
