Samantha was extremely helpful she help me picked up a charm and a bracelet for someone special and she did a really great job giving me great advice! As well she was so kind and sweet :))

I was looking for a charm for my bracelet. I don’t really know what I wanted. So she asked me if it had a theme or not I said no so she showed me all the charms available. She also told me about the clips I needed to protect my bracelet. I will return.

The lady at the front door letting people in did a great job even when a grumpy person was mad they had to wait for an associate. I understand being helped one on one so your satisfied versus wandering a store. She even thanked me on behalf of the grumpy lady since I let her ahead of me since the grumpy lady didn’t even have manners to say thanks. Also the associates remember me even though it’s been a couple months. Great store.

The staff member who worked with us was eager to help and locate the ring I really wanted at another store and she found the perfect charms for my daughters earrings! She also found the earrings!
