I went in to see the rings. Elizabeth was very kind in showing me the rings. I went in for one ring and ended up with three due to her expert recommendations. I left very satisfied with a smile on my face.

I was assisted by two of the sales associates, Elizabeth and Laid I. They were both very sweet and helpful. They took their time to show me different pieces and explained everything. They also were very patient with me as I was having a difficult time choosing. I was purchasing for a friend who just lost her husband and it was very important that I pick just the right pieces. They were very helpful and compassionate when I shed a few tears talking about my dear friend. Employees like them are a great asset to your company and I will definitely ask for them if I return to this store in the future. Thank you Elizabeth and Laidi for a positive shopping experience. The over experience was highly satisfying due to the fact that the employees went above and beyond the exceeded expectations...however my previous experience was not great... I felt like we were treated less than and could not afford the merchandise. Spoke to person in charge yesterday 10/2/19 and he did apologize
