I've always. had a good experience with the staff. They're helpful and attentive and to the extent they're able, they have solved appointment issues effectively. Sometimes it's been difficult to set up appointments with therapists because of their busy schedule which can be frustrating. But the front desk has been helpful in identifying alternatives.
