The spa is always clean and the staff is friendly. My esthetician is knowledgeable and capable. I always feel refreshed after a facial.

Upon arrival, I was greeted and made to feel welcomed by the reception staff. My massage therapist was thorough and asked questions to help maximize my massage.

If this email had been sent with previous experiences at hand and stone apex my answer would have been very different. My massage therapist was amazing, professional, on time and knowledgeable. I didn’t have to deal with staff much but my massage was so good this time that nothing else mattered. Normally my experiences at apex location are not good, rbis was an exception.

Anthony is one of the best massage therapists I have ever had! He is very knowledgeable, listens well, and is able to provide relief. The experience I had far exceeded my expectations!
