Great first experience! Eli at reception was very welcoming and informative. The massage therapist, Meredith, was great and attentive. Would definitely come back just based off of the experience I had with these two individuals.

Nicole us friendly and highly knowledgeable. She gives an excellent facial. I was slightly disappointed that the steamer was broken but I’m sure it will be fixed promptly. Not her responsibility of course and these things happen.

Too much turnover of therapists. Very difficult to schedule appointments

My therapist was excellent and the receptionist was so pleasant. I had a great experience on 3/2/22 with both of them, but unfortunately the long-term issues I have with this location will keep me from ever returning. I am still fighting for a refund of some of the fees as promised by the former manager. The only reason I kept the 3/2/22 appointment was because she gave me a free service.

Satisfied because my goal has been to take better care of self and get me some me time. This was accomplished.

Therapist was knowledgeable and very skilled.

All of the workers were very professional and responsible in their area of work. I should not have ordered a deep tissue massage as it was painful in my sensitive areas. The therapist was very kind to make me comfortable yet give me a good massage. I will be back for another massage at another time.
