This visit was lovely - as have been most of my trips to various H&S locations. However, the online booking system is terrible and needs a complete overhaul. It is difficult to find appointment times and move between various locations to see availability. Also, I use an HSA to set aside funds for my massage work. The way H&S writes receipts makes it impossible for me to reclaim between $50-60 per month. Its aggravating and I wind up not getting my HSA funds back for the thing I most want out of my account - monthly body work.

I’ve been very happy with my massages , they are always receptive to hear which areas I want to focus on and I’ve had multiple people that were very knowledgeable and helpful.

Helen was perfect, this my first appointment with her and I made another appointment with her for this month.

Helen was amazing. After my deep tissue massage my back and shoulder felt so good I could hardly believe it. Based on her, I joined Hand and Stones program.

The staff and therapist were very knowledgeable and super friendly. I have already recommended this experience with my rheumatologist and family members. I definitely will have this done again.

My massage therapist, Sanaa, was EXCELLENT! She and the front staff were able to accomodate me running a late. Love the atmosphere in the massage room.

I always get a great massage. The knowledge and friendliness of the therapist is great. The precautions for covid is spectacular, I always feel safe.

I was highly satisfied, but only after asking the massage therapist to focus more on my trigger areas. Since he didn't really work on them during the session, and said it was over. Then he spent a little more time on my lower back, which he didn't really focus on at all before. He honestly talked way too much for me to relax, and I felt obligated to have a conversation with him. I really needed to just come in and get a deep tissue massage without having to talk. I was really stressed that day, from work, and just didn't need to hear complaining from anyone else that day. I honestly thought that was something the massage therapists are aware of, and cognisant of, but I guess he was just very talkative. He was very knowledgeable about massage therapy and did a great job, I just wished that he could have continued the massage instead of "talking with his hands" instead of massaging me. I'm not sure if there is a question he can ask clients at the beginning of their massage to assess if they want to just be silent for the most part or have a conversation. Cause I really wanted to just relax, but felt I couldn't.
