My massage therapist concentrated on my problem areas. She was very skilled, knowledgeable, and friendly. I have been experiencing pain relief since my massage.

Previous last two appointments massage therapist did not show up and I left with no services. Also, the manager was not apologetic or tried to accommodate me in anyway. Her customer service skills were horrible. That is the main reason I will not return

I love my facialist, Nicole — I will only let her touch my face. The only thing I’m upset about os that I’ve asked multiple times for certain dermologica products and they dont restock them. It’s been months since I’ve been able to get certain products H&S used to carry and have not replenished. I love the discount on products but can’t receive it if I have to order online thru Derm’s website. Additionally, I feel like both receptionists I’ve had are very slow to check me out — like over 30 mins after my appt. I’ve also had to ask for certain gifts or samples that I know I’m supposed to receive based on what I spend monthly there. Reminding the receptionist, instead of them proactively helping me. But overall, I love H&S and my memebership there. :)

I have had both good service and not so good service here I would say 25% excellent service from the massage therapist and 75% I wasn’t exactly pleased. It’s kind of hit and miss there was one really good therapist but he left and I my last massage therapist session was outstanding. I had about three in the tween that I don’t know if it was me or them but I was unimpressed. I am also not very pleased with this automatic billing program, I just don’t need to go that often and it’s very hard to track how many you have already paid for and how many you have stored up online I have to ask the receptionist and the answer is kind of vague.
